Seems like the figure skating podcast market is pretty oversaturated, right?

So what's different about this?

 

If you follow us on social media, you know we never shy away from sharing our honest (sometimes too honest) opinions. We feel our analysis can extend towards all the skating disciplines (and it will) but that our knowledge of ice dance will provide people with a resourceful and fun podcast/blog. 

 

Who are you guys?

 

A dancer (who will be terminally annoying about her love for tangos) and an athlete who wants to talk about figure skating, and there is a lot to say! 

 

What do you talk about? 

 

Figure skating duh, but we want to bring special attention to ice dance (hence the name) but we will be discussing all four disciplines and all related news. Our vested interest in ice dance lends itself to our technical analyses of programs + elements, the politics of dance, & our desire to make ice dance more accessible. 

 

We will be interviewing skaters from all over the world, offering our own opinions on the four disciplines, and taking an investigative and honest approach to skating (and general sports culture) culture.
